Join member, Haile Nottage, for a high-energy dance fitness workout to the sounds of Hip Hop, Pop, Latin, & Afrobeats. This workout focused on cardio and body-weight exercises (no weights required) is for everybody - modify to make it your own workout. The only ask is that you come ready to challenge yourself, move your body, step a little outside of your comfort zone, sweat a lot, and have fun.
